Pumpkin cake

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup of sugar
• 3/4 cup mashed pumpkin
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup of flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

How to prepare Pumpkin cake:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Beat eggs at high speed until they are foamy.
3. Add sugar a little bit at a time beating in between sugar additions.
4. Beat until thick and pale.
5. Combine the flour and the remaining ingredients.
6. Add to pumpkin mixture
7. Mix well
8. Pour into cake pan.
9. Bake for 20 minutes
